As a condition of re-opening the market to romaine, industry agreed to voluntarily label romaine with the harvest source, and at that time, harvest date. The provenance labeling subgroup of the Romaine Task Force has since updated the recommended approaches to implementing this program. The purpose of this webinar is to share the proposed recommendations.
