This two-day workshop will be held on November 19-20 in Gainesville, FL. to enable certification bodies to meet the training qualification requirements under the new GlobalGAP scope, the Harmonized Produce Safety Standards (HPSS; HPSS Gen Reg Addendum, Article 2.1.2 (d) on page 15).

The workshop is being sponsored by Quality Certification Services (QCS), GLOBALG.A.P North America, and United Fresh Produce Association.

Whether your organization has yet decided to undertake this new scope or not, this training will only be held rarely, so we encourage you to consider attending. If your organization has decided to offer audits to the HPSS scope, we encourage you to have as many auditors attend as possible. This 2-day workshop will be scenario-based training, developed by the Produce GAPs Harmonization Initiative Calibration Committee, plus cover the riders required by GFSI and GlobalGAP.

This workshop is also applicable to audit organizations that intend to offer audits/certifications to the Harmonized Standards outside of the GlobalGAP program.
